Monthly Specials
These are specialty bakes that rotate monthly. The bakes could be a modern twist on a childhood classic or a new flavor combination you haven’t tried before. Two new flavors drop on the first day of the month. These bakes are only available for the month they are posted. If you miss this month’s special flavor, it may be months before it comes back around. Orders must be made 5 days prior to pick-up.
Spice Cake with Caramel Buttercream
This moist spice cake is layered with a luscious caramel buttercream, perfectly balanced with a rich caramel drizzle cascading down each slice. In the center, you’ll find a delightful surprise of roasted, spiced pecans, adding a satisfying crunch and extra depth to every bite.

Expressions Bake House offers a variety of classic bakes available for longer periods of time but will also rotate with the seasons. Nothing better to enhance the season than enjoying the unique flavors of winter, spring, summer, or fall. Once the season changes, so will the treats to keep it fresh. Each Classic Bake has a minimum order requirement so be sure to read the description of the treat you want. Please plan ahead as there is a minimum of a weeks’ notice to place an order for a Classic Bake.

Step 1
Pick the treat that calls to your tastebuds
Browse the Weekly Specials or Classic bakes, find the one that’s calling to you and add the quantity you want to the cart.
Step 2
Make Payment to Confirm Order
When you’re ready, follow the prompts in the shopping cart to proceed to checkout, type your requested pick-up date in the notes box then complete the order. Once payment is received, the order is confirmed. If you’re requesting a quote, send me an email on the Contact page.
Step 3
Collect and Indulge
It’s Fri-YAY! Time to pick up your much awaited treat! Once you get a whiff of that irresistible scent, you’ll be lucky if some of it actually makes it home; it’s almost impossible not to dig in right away. (No worries, I never judge 😉)
